Is Nytivo legal advice?
No. Nytivo is a compliance management tool that helps you organise your documentation and understand your obligations. It is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel. We strongly recommend involving a lawyer familiar with the EU AI Act when making significant compliance decisions.
What if my AI system risk tier is 'minimal'?
Minimal-risk systems have no mandatory EU AI Act compliance obligations. You still get access to our classification result and can optionally document your system for good governance. We won't charge you if you determine you don't need the full workspace.
Can I add team members?
Business plan includes up to 5 team members. If you need more, contact us for a custom plan.
How does billing work for EU customers?
Stripe automatically adds the correct VAT rate based on your country (via Stripe Tax). You can enter your VAT number at checkout to reverse-charge if applicable.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your compliance documentation as PDFs at any time. You can also request a full data export in JSON format under GDPR Article 20.
What happens when regulations change?
We update our templates and guidance when the European Commission publishes implementing acts or new guidance. We notify affected customers with a clear explanation of what changed and what to update.
